Overview
Our client, a long-established multinational based in Leixlip is seeking to recruit a Finance Coordinator (Permanent) – start date asap.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: From €39k per year
Job Description
Principal responsibilities
- Manage the process of creating and maintaining all P.O.s
- Validate a high volume of SSL & OEM invoices using a vast array of complex rate files.
- Responsible for Goods Receipting Invoices and sending to AP.
- Advise Commercial on any non-agreed rates from Suppliers.
- Resolve supplier and customer account queries.
- Reconciling Statements.
- Prepare Annual Supplier Fee invoicing.
- Report and share Ad Hoc Costs to the Freight / Supply Team for approval.
- Liaise daily with AP regarding status/expected payment dates of processed invoices to ensure SLA’s are maintained.
- Responsible for creating and compiling information for sales invoices.
- Creating all Sales invoices in SAP.
- Prepare monthly cost reports across all Customer regions
- Manage reporting for some KPIs for Finance Managers to present at management meetings.
- Assist in preparing monthly billing reports to Intel across various regions.
Ideal Candidate
Required critical behaviours – must have a high level of personal integrity
- You have a finance related qualification and or experience working in a busy Finance or Accounts office
- You can demonstrate good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in MS Excel
- In addition you have excellent numerical skills and attention to detail, along with strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills in English
- Possession of ERP-SAP skills and experience would be an advantage
- Moreover, you are committed to identifying and implementing process improvements

Required qualifications/experience
- Finance related qualification
- ERP-SAP an advantage
- Microsoft office suite
- Advanced Proficiency of Microsoft Excel
