Job Description

What you will enjoy doing

As part of this role you will be:

  • managing the monthly campaign process, ensuring it fits in with other Credit Control activities
  • Liaising with our legal advisors to determine the best course of action in relation to overdue accounts
  • Drive our internal query processes, to monitor, quality check and report out of Sales Force for the Revenue Department
  • Monitoring our Customer Master Data, to ensure all accounts are being captured by the Dunning and Legal Process and to reduce the impact on our aged debt while driving best practice in Customer Master Data and ensuring SOX compliance

In addition you will:

  • identify gaps in our internal processes and implement changes to improve overall customer experience and efficiency in Revenue Department
  • managing the bounced Direct Debit process, liaising with the Revenue Team and other effected departments to ensure limited impact on DSO and maximum retention of DD
  • Support the Revenue Manager in the areas of Credit Control and CAM
  • Monitoring monthly debt by risk category, track trends, drive improvement and provide monthly reports in line with auditors requirements
