CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR (PART-TIME)

Overview

Our multinational client wishes to recruit Customer Service Agents (Immediate start evenings and weekends) to join their CSA office team at Naas Road Dublin. The objective of the role is to work as a team member in providing excellent front-line customer service, dealing with all incoming customer phone traffic. In general, the role is to provide a professional, courteous and customer-focused environment within which customers calls can be handled whilst also ensuring their Grade of Service target is regularly achieved.

 

The role would suit (for example) a student or flexible worker based in West Dublin who is willing to work evenings during the week and one weekend shift a week.

Job Description

To work as part of the team to maintain Telephony Grade of Service in line with Department KPIs

• As an Out of Hours Customer Service Advisor you will be a key point of contact for all customers calling after hours.
• The role will require participation in all CSA team responsibilities, e.g. processing orders for customers, assisting with queries, technical troubleshooting, delivery enquiries
• To actively participate in ensuring the target delivery service level is achieved, by ensuring maximum attention to detail to eliminate unnecessary service failures.
• Maintaining effective communication with internal and external customers is essential to maximising delivery success and overall customer satisfaction.
• Ongoing awareness and involvement in safety, health, environment & quality.
