CREDIT CONTROLLER (Urgently required)

Overview

Reporting to the Revenue manager the role of the successful candidate will involve Credit Control and Customer account management.

Job Description

Working as part of a team your key areas of responsibility will include: –

• Proactively manage debt on assigned portfolio of accounts and partake in monthly campaigns.
• To log, resolve or escalate queries in line with agreed processes thereby improving the efficiency of the debt management process.
• To identify and manage key customer requirements to facilitate payment within terms.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 2/3 years credit control experience of debt collection and dealing with account queries within a large and fast paced environment.
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, telephone manner & customer skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English at all levels.
• A high degree of self-motivation and flexibility.
• Ability to work on own initiative to complete assignments and be proactive whilst working in tandem with colleagues
• Computer literacy.
