Permanent Appointments

For the introduction of PERMANENT STAFF a fee equivalent to:

Support Staff:    17½%of the commencing annual salary Professionals:   25% of the commencing annual salary Executive:        30% of the commencing annual salary

shall be payable to the Agency upon engagement.

Retained Search and Selection

We charge a fee of thirty three and one third percent of the basic salary where the search is conducted in Ireland. Payment terms are staged over the assignment. Consultants', Candidates', travel and other expenses incurred in the course of the assignment will be billed weekly and fall due immediately. Prior approval will be sought before any expenses are claimed.

General

Great care is taken to submit for interview only those candidates whose qualifications and abilities appear to fit the job specifications. The Agency, however, does not usually take up references of applicants, and employers should take steps to obtain confirmation of the applicant's necessary qualifications and general integrity.

Introductions by the Agency are confidential and are made individually to the Client. If the Client or a member of the Client's staff passes on the introduction to any person, firm or corporation resulting in an engagement, the Client will be liable for payment of the fee as set out above.

A full fee will be charged for any applicant engaged as a consequence of, or resulting from, an application by the Client to the Agency, even though the introduction is made indirectly.

An administration charge of Ir£1000 together with advertising costs will be charged should the Client not proceed with an assignment.

Temporary Appointments

For the introduction of staff for SHORT TERM employment and paid directly by the Client, the fee is 25% of the total wages paid, subject to a minimum fee of £250 per assignment.

TEMPORARY STAFF paid directly by the Agency are charged for on an hourly rate which is inclusive of PRSI, employer's liability insurance, and public and annual holiday entitlement. The current scale of charges is available on application to the Agency. Payment is against our weekly invoice and is for immediate settlement. The supervision, direction and control of a temporary worker assigned to a Client is the responsibility of the Client for the duration of the assignment.

In the unlikely event of TEMPORARY STAFF proving unsuitable please telephone us DURING THE FIRST DAY of the assignment. The Client will be liable to pay our fee for PERMANENT STAFF if a temporary worker or former temporary worker is:-

  1. Engaged for a definite or indefinite period on a permanent basis.
  2. Engaged on a temporary basis but remunerated directly by the Client.
  3. Introduced by the Client to other employers resulting in an engagement.
  4. Engaged on a temporary basis by such other employer.

General

While every effort is made to maintain a high standard of integrity and reliable service, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss, expense, damage, or delay, however occasioned. Any engagement of an applicant or of the services of our TEMPORARY STAFF will be deemed acceptance of our Terms. FEES AND CHARGES ARE SUBJECT TO V.A.T.
