Contracts of Employment
Under the Terms of Employment (Information) Act 1994 employees starting after May 16th.1994 must be provided with a written statement "Terms of Employment" within two months of commencement.
In drawing up letters of offer/employment contracts for permanent positions, the following topics should be covered, if appropriate.
The following list is not exhaustive and great care should be taken to comply with ongoing changes in legislation and local/industry agreements.
